The ordering process is similar to online shopping. You place the events and options into your shopping cart and then complete a “check-out” process to confirm your order.
 

No payment will be collected during checkout, as all orders will be validated and invoiced. We will contact you separately to confirm your invoice preferences.
 

Each event has a limited inventory of sponsorship opportunities. If an event sells out, please select to be waitlisted for that event. When available, waitlist opportunities are fulfilled in the order received.
 

Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage you to place your orders as soon as our online store opens.
