Saltzman Associates, an industry leading consultancy to institutional distributors and underwriters of investment and insurance products, announced today that Todd Giesing will be joining the team as Vice President of Business Development at the beginning of the new year. Giesing brings nearly two decades of financial services experience and a deep industry perspective that is regularly relied upon by firms such as MSNBC and the Wall Street Journal.

As a Vice President of Saltzman Associates, Giesing will focus on business development, partnerships, and strategic growth initiatives for the firm. Giesing will serve as a co-moderator and a content creator for the very popular series of Saltzman Associates Roundtables. Todd will also provide consulting services, oversee the firm’s annuity benchmarking studies, and lead various research projects.

Most recently, Giesing was Assistant Vice President of Annuity Research for LIMRA, responsible for managing the individual annuity research program, overseeing the U.S. and Canadian annuity benchmarking programs, U.S. and Canadian annuity forecasting programs and numerous annuity related research projects. Todd was a frequent speaker at industry events. An accounting graduate of Eastern Connecticut State University, Giesing also has served as a financial advisor and annuity wholesaler.
